Reloading travel cards has traditionally been done at customer service centres or convenience stores selling tickets. Today, travellers can also top up their travel cards via the Internet and at ticket vending machines at bus, metro and train stations. We understand the importance of offering travellers a quick and easy solution for reloading travel cards, and we have therefore designed a line of terminals that focuses on passenger convenience. We have validators that can operate as pick up devices, activating the automatic top ups to the card, as well as add value machines that can top up e-purse balances and add travel products (i.e. season ticket) to the card. Whether it is on board buses, at stations or convenience stores, we bring the solution closer to the travellers, allowing them to reload their travel cards on the go.
