How to use this form

Please fill out the RMA Request Form with a full fault description of the product. The RMA Request Form is for replacement/repair of defective products only.

If you have multiple products with different defaults, you will need to fill out separate forms for each unit. Incomplete default description will be charged with a cost of 30 EUR.

Units not covered by warranty will be charged with i) 40 EUR for fault detection and support for smart card readers and 70 EUR for fault detection and support for smart card terminals, ii) additional cost depending on fault and time for repair and material costs.

Once the RMA form is submitted, a confirmation with your RMA code will be sent to your email address together with shipping details.
